A designer and a coordinator, not a tour guide

Stuart doesn't drive the van, run the clinic or draft your contract — and that is deliberate. Twenty-five years working alongside international businesses and travellers across Latin America and Europe taught him where the real value sits: not in being the person in the room, but in choosing the right people to be in the room and holding them to a standard.

So he builds the itinerary around your objective, selects the local firms and operators who deliver each part of it, briefs them on exactly what you need before you land, and stays reachable throughout. If something needs to change mid-trip, you message Stuart — not five different providers in a language you don't read.

It's the same reason serious travellers use an architect rather than a bricklayer. The judgement is in the design and the selection.

Will Stuart be with me in Georgia?

No — and that's by design. Your trip is delivered by licensed local specialists who work in that field every week, while Stuart coordinates the whole programme and stays reachable throughout. You message one person if anything needs to change.

Who are the partners who deliver the tour?

Licensed Georgian law firms, accredited dental, medical and wellness clinics, licensed tour operators and guides, and vetted transport and hospitality providers. They are named to you in your itinerary once your trip is confirmed.

Why use a coordinator instead of booking the providers directly?

Because the work is in choosing the right providers, sequencing them into a trip that actually achieves your objective, and briefing them before you land. Booked separately, all of that coordination falls back on the traveller — in a country and a language they don't know.

What happens if something goes wrong on the ground?
